HOW
TO ORDER CASHMERE PASHMINA PRODUCTS?
You can order
online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through our Canadian based service
provider, INTERNET SECURE . We accept all major credit cards.
All credit card payments
are TOTALLY SECURE AND IN REAL TIME. These are electronically
processed and notification received in about 30 seconds depending on traffic
on the internet. For each purchase, you will receive a "Transaction
Receipt" with a reference number. Keep this number for future reference.
NOTE: We require WRITTEN CONFIRMATION of all orders above US$250.00
Please use FAX number 977-1-423949 for this purpose. Payment must be in US funds.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING
Next day order, plus four days for delivery by DHL door-to-door
courier service, worldwide, for most destinations. DHL will ask for your
signature on delivery. For this reason, we require your home or business address where someone will be available to give a signature for the goods on delivery. We do not accept P.O or G. P.O box addresses.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
Because of the “handicraft” nature of these “Made in
Nepal” products, shipments of Pashmina to the USA are normally FREE of customs duties. However we strongly recommend that you check with
your local tax authority or Department of US Commerce to have a confirmation of this and rely exclusively on your own findings before you place an order with us. It is important that you do so because Charitysales will not assume any responsibility for any custom or other duties levied by foreign governments.
On shipments of cashmere pashmina to EU countries, we recommend that Clients inquire from their local authority before placing
an order with us as they may or may not be liable to custom duties or VAT, depending on their country of residence. In any event Charitysales will not be responsible for the payment of any duties or VAT levied by foreign governments on delivery of the goods abroad.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of shawls or scarves,
inform us by e-mail within 7 days, setting forth the reasons of your dissatisfaction. Address
your e-mail to info@charitysalesonline.org Charitysales will be prepared to exchange any defective goods in legitimate cases but under no circumstances will Charitysales pay or refund transportation charges on returns from the foreign country and shipping charges to send them back to the foreign destination. Furthermore Charitysales declines responsibility for any potential tax liability including customs duties that the Government of Nepal might impose on the shipment when the goods are returned to this country.
