CHARITY SALES ONLINE (CSO)CSO, a non-governmental organization, supports charitable works in Nepal and an ancient Village Project for yoga and meditation in Chobhar, a peaceful community located only 20 minutes from the capital of Kathmandu. Originally created as an income producing programme in support of the Himalayan Kingdom Foundation, CSO assists in implementing the objectives set forth in the Mission Statement of that Foundation. (For more information, visit www.hkft.org) CSO’s internet sales of handicrafts assist Nepal and its people, in particular by providing employment opportunities and a source of income to the people who make those goods. CSO then reinvests part of its profits into the projects mentioned above.
